Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. She was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped her gymnastics. After only one year, she earned her Pro Card at age 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take six years away from performing when she was awarded her Professional card to complete her college. In 2015, she came back to the stage, and took part in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her first show for a few years, setting bigger goals every year. By the end of 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was held in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. In the show, she finished at third. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in and was thrilled by the result. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise includes her lower back. This is made up of lat pull-downs, bent rows that use a single hand using a pull-up machine, as well as sitting rows. The first step is warming up before going into exercises. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. She does this by super making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this type of workout twice per week one day being lighter weight as well as the second heavy weight day.
